Texas Roadhouse - Reserva de mesa

Coming back to years later because not much has changed. Horrible service! I'd highly suggest getting your food to go as it's much fresher than eating in. Plus, the waiter brought all of our food out and made us wait 10 mins for CHILI! Which should have been the easiest thing to get out. Luckily my young daughters didn't notice how horrible service was but we will never be back. I don't know who does the hiring but these issues have been ongoing for years. Besides one guy, they need a whole new staff.

I usually enjoy this place but after sitting at the bar 10 minutes by myself watching the bartender clean and stock, a couple and some guy that wanted to talk to everyone came up and she waited on them first ,i got up and left,tried to pay for the tea and bread but she just said it’s ok and didn’t seem to care why.very disappointed,i really like this place but won’t be back by myself to eat here.

Me and my family waited all evening at our table after being seated and after about 30 to 40 mins no one still acknowledge us to even get our drink order but everyone around we watched he servers ask them for this and that but never stop at the table we were sitting and heres the kicker we were sitting in the middle of all these tables worse experience ever wont be coming back here anytime soon.

All the waiters were just standing talking to each it was 1:45 pm not many customers in there finally I had to go ask someone to please come help us with our order the waiter was rude i work with the public and I will tell the about the waiter that took our order his name was Joshua he acted like he didn't feel like working he didn't know us for him to be calling us Chico and chica Reserva una mesa ahora

Crowded over priced for what you get and anyone can make this faster better and cheaper at home or maybe that's just me idk anyway it's not a chill place for a good evening with the wife just the two of use over $75 before tip

This was the driest steak ever. I asked for medium and they gave me over cooked. I tried to put melted butter on it, yeah that didn't work at all. This was a waste of 16oz steak. All ate was my sweet potato and the roll

Meal was not hot. The steak was warm. The cheese did not melt on the potatoes. And the butter did not melt on the vegetables. I pay this much money for a meal expected to be hot.
