We enjoyed our dining experience at Texas Roadhouse, but encountered some issues during our visit. We brought our son, his wife, and our three granddaughters along for the meal. I needed a non-alcoholic drink, so I requested a virgin Strawberry Margarita. However, I was informed that the restaurant does not make non-alcoholic beverages due to company policy. Unfortunately, I was feeling unwell during our trip to Iowa and needed to eat and drink something. When we arrived at the restaurant, which was only half full, I asked to be seated but was told I couldn't until the other members of our party arrived. I am a frequent patron of this restaurant and I am tired of having to drive an extra 20 miles round trip to the west Des Moines location because the air conditioning at the Johnston Roadhouse is broken. The employees there must endure extreme conditions and I hope the issue is resolved soon so I can enjoy a meal there without having to wait until autumn. I miss all of the staff at the restaurant.

Air conditioning has been broken since Father's Day. Management says no plans to fix it because they don't want to close for one day. It's July. It has to be 120 in the kitchen. Are there any OSHA rules on kitchen Temps?

Normally a 5 out of 5,but on a busy Friday or like my last visit during later hours the steaks were undercooked for my wife and I and my mother-in-laws pork was dry, so I will give them a 3 out of 5. Reserva una mesa ahora

first the staff of the facility tried to seduce my friend (a division 1 baseball visit) with the snapchat of someone when we left.
