Texas Roadhouse - Reserva de mesa

Before getting to the hotel and checking in I signed up on the Roadhouse call ahead list. After speaking to a hostess, I received a text at 554P saying it would be a 35-45 min wait. We weren't sat until 715P. I use to work in a restaurant so I know it can be a bit of a guessing game but 80 min is way different 45. We had a 430A start the next morning so we would have picked a different place if we knew the wait was going to be that long. Once we were sat everything was fine. The server was very nice and knew we waited for a while so she took our order right away. Both steaks came out the right temp.

Exceptional service. Waiting was long. The staff wore masks and served the guests outside the waiting list. Once you were sent a text to return the Hostess stand, you were taken directly to your table. My waiter, Erin, was great. She was attentive and punctual. She made big suggestions and I was satisfied with the service, the food and the price. I had her well-known yeast rolls with cinnamon butter. I chose fried pickles as an appetizer. I had the house salad with baked chicken and Italian dressing and enjoyed a raspberry lemonade for my drink. Everything was delicious.

I want to start by expressing my gratitude for the exceptional service we received. The food was truly outstanding, and the customer service was top-notch. Our waiter, Paul, was fantastic—definitely request him during your visit! Nick, the manager, was also very polite and friendly; we felt like part of the family. The blooming onion was incredible, and the steak was delicious. It's rare to find such great customer service these days, and this place really exceeded our expectations.

We ate here tonight after a long drive and from the moment we step out of the car you could feel the energy of the place. Jake was our excellent server and as we haven’t a clue what to do as we are from U.K. he was polite and helpful at all times. Jake went out of his way to help us have the best meal. There was staff dancing and whoops for birthday too. This restaurant made us smile from start to finish. Plus the steak was excellent. Thank you to Jessica and most of all Jake. Its always a good time at Texas Roadhouse. There is a wait to get in normally but to be expected with a place like this. The food did take a little longer to get to our table then it should have though. Other than that the food was great as always. I couldn’t even finish the main course because I was already full from the appetizers! Will always recommend Texas Roadhouse.

8-27-2022: my wife chose trh tonight for dinner. our first time at this place in about 4-minute walk. seated and server soon came to our orders. eating and everything was good. no surprises (a good thing today). great food and great prices.

Came in with my boyfriend and sat in Mels section! She greeted us super friendly and always smiling. She was super attentive to our table and our drinks were always full! Definitely recommend coming in and sitting in her section!

Service is amazing per usual, food subpar, ribeye was sent back twice and tastes like im biting betty(cow) in the behind. Unimpressed
