This charming local restaurant offers an impressive variety on their menu, and everyone in our group often orders something different, yet we always leave satisfied! Today, I had the beef fried rice, which was fantastic—full of flavor and the beef appeared to be hand-cut fresh. My son's sirloin was cooked perfectly and packed with taste; he mentioned it was a bit tough, but that's something beyond the restaurant's control! The staff is consistently polite and attentive, and Sly's is one of the cleanest places in Caldwell. The dining room and parking lot are always well-maintained, and while I haven’t seen the kitchen, I have confidence it’s just as tidy!

While the restaurant doesn't offer many vegetarian options, I found some good choices on the sides menu. They have an extensive selection for meat and seafood enthusiasts. I ordered a salad and a loaded baked potato, skipping the bacon, while my spouse enjoyed the red snapper with fries and a salad. Our server was fantastic, making our experience even better. Friendly staff and a relaxing place without all the noise. We enjoyed the appetizers so much by the main course ️ we couldn’t finish it but we tasted the chicken fried steak and it tasted the way a chicken fried steak should taste. Fantastic food and service! The coconut shrimp and jumbo shrimp were amazing and truly lived up to their name! The shrimp egg rolls were great as well! We will definitely be returning!
