We usually go for drinks and live music which is great; no complaints about that. Only complaint is the food. Tried having dinner 3 times and ordered something different each time hoping it was just an off day for the chefs. The food is awful. First time just ordered the combo appetizer and the potato skins looked microwaved 5 times with no potato in it. It was just skin pretty much. Second time ordered spinach dip and chips and salsa and the chips were stale. Salsa was just tomatoes. I ordered the sizzling chicken and shrimp and it had no flavor. We were seated right away but no one approached the table, even though many servers passed the table many times. After waiting for 10-15 minutes, my husband went and found the manager. He was very apologetic and comped one of our meals. The service was good after that and the food was excellent. We had ribs and the whiskey chicken sandwich. We understand in these times, many establishments are short staffed. If someone had just acknowledged our presence, we would have understood.
The atmosphere is enjoyable, though the waitress took 25 minutes to take my order and another 20 minutes to bring the food. To make matters worse, she forgot to send my order to the kitchen, but I could see that she was new. Despite this, the service was still decent. There are just a few small details that need attention, but overall, it was a good experience.

The atmosphere is pleasant, although the waitress took 25 minutes to take care of my order and 20 more minutes. Bringing the food and above all having forgotten to send my order to the kitchen is extra, the girl to what I see was new but the service wasgood, small details that have to be taken care of but in general everything was good
The food was absolutely delicious, and our waitress, I believe her name was Arlene, was fantastic. Everything was prepared and served promptly. Thank you, Arlene, for doing such an excellent job. I hope you’ll be our server again next time!
Menu has gotten better since the last time I visited about 3 years ago. Drink menu looks good too. I like sitting in the bar area to watch the games. Not too crowded at 3pm. There were plenty of open tabes to choose from.
The staff was friendly and fast with the food and asked us if we needed something. The food was a big portion and it would have fed two people. There were many parking spaces.

Food was good and served hot! Which is how it should be! Our waiter Austin was pleasant and very personable.
