I placed an order at 9:30, with a scheduled pickup time of 9:57. I arrived at the restaurant at 10:03 and was told to wait for 10 minutes without any update on my order. Eventually, the staff came back and said they couldn't find my food, which was surprising since it seemed like it hadn’t even been prepared yet. The app continued to show that TGI Fridays was preparing my order, and the time kept ticking. After another 10 minutes, the staff finally informed me that they would prepare the food. I haven't eaten TGI Friday food since around 2018. I and my wife have decided to try it on Sunday. she ordered the full rippchen for $30 with the two sides. I ordered the $30 new york strip medium rarely with the two sides. she said her ribs were decent, but not worth the price. now my steak was hard as hell something I didn't expect for a $30 steak. I don't want to say that I don't return to every tgi on Fridays location if this is the food quality. I can go to longhorn, outback or texas roadhouse for better eating that is quite openly cheaper. it is hard to ask why tgi Fridays is one of the many casual dinning chains that fight. overpriced mediocre food is not the way to stop fighting. sad...

the service was fast, the young woman who worked the pick-up and billing, quickly reacted to me and picked up my order. but eating was terrible, with taking the salad, the reispilaf and the brokkoli. the chicken wings were hard and dry, almost impossible to eat and the salmon was dry and tasteless. obviously chickens and salmon were not freshened. it seemed that the meat was cooked earlier and put into the microshaft forever. for the paid price this was a torn. Normally eating is excellent, but we were very disappointed this time.

in this restaurant today service is extremely bad, eating is extremely bad waitress takes all order and write nothing down bring all the wrong things oh my gott this is a scandal, this restaurant should be closed here on a family day with a Sunday with my family and the service was extremely bad waitress should be released, I have not time to get the other photos from all the rest of the food it had to give back because I had to Reserva una mesa ahora

I woke up from a nap craving the TGI Fridays experience without the crowds and wait times. DoorDash did not let me down. The meal was fantastic, arriving hot and flavorful just like it does in the restaurant. The $4 Coke, however, tasted nothing like the real thing, but I was thirsty, and it somewhat hit the spot. Overall, it was a satisfying meal with perfect delivery.

This is NOT the place to go. Terrible service, I waited and waited for a bartender finally one showed up and she had a snotty attitude like Im bothering her). Drink was watery and the food took forever. This place gets a minus 100 never comin here again : :

It was phenomenal, the food got to me in a timely manner and was still fresh. Everything tasted good and the sirloin was tender and the sandwich was amazing. Reserva una mesa ahora

The order arrived promptly and was still nice and hot. The burgers were delicious, and the portion of fries served on the side was just right.
