The man at the desk was lovely and kindly lead up to our table and opened the door to greet us out, but our waiter’s service was poor. He seemed like a nice guy, but never came to check on us until it was the bill time. My fries never arrived despite the waiter saying that “here’s all your food, is there anything else you want”, and when I asked where my chips were he said “they’re on their way”, even though I saw him never go to the kitchen. This was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. The bill came to around £100 for 4 people, who each only had a main dish, 1 drink, and shared 2 appetizers as part of a deal. I have never felt the need to leave a negative review before, but this was truly awful. The staff seemed extremely overwhelmed and overworked, so I won't comment on the service. It took at least 20 minutes for our drink orders to be taken, and even longer for them to be delivered. We were served by Zofia who was absolutely amazing! She was attentive helpful, caring friendly and understanding of our needs. We cannot recommend her service highly enough! She deserves a payrise! We came for my mum's birthday who has dementia and she was so lovely with us. It's hard to cater for for at times but Zofia made everything easy for us. Doubled your cocktail prices!!! How can you justify charging £16 for cocktail when not that long ago they were only £8.50!!! That’s one hell of a just.
