Took my family out for Mother’s Day. Had a reservation for 6. Our waitress did not provide good customer service in the least bit. Caught her constantly rolling her eyes when she thought no one was looking. I felt very uncomfortable and was close to asking the manager to reassign our table with another waitress/waiter but my family told me to let it ride. Will never come here again. And no she wasn’t African American. Attitude comes in all genders colors. Food for thought.
1st there system for reservations was down so after waiting another hour we get to a dirt table and stand there to wait for someone to wipe it dow with a dirty rag! Bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked but not the worst I’ve seen. Order came out quickly after but a few things where missing. After asking 4 times about missing mashed potatoes, it came out at the end of my meal. Would not visit again. They seem to be flustered and short staff and training.
The host told me they don’t accept reservations on the weekends via open table. My thought is that Friday’s should remove this or “close” the option. No wait time and we came on a Saturday around 6pm. Service from Jonathan was excellent! He brought our food quickly, checked on us constantly (but not in an intrusive way) and was very friendly.
This place needs a good cleaning. The floor carpeted area is sticky. I travel to come to Bowie to eat here. It used to be very nice now it’s just sticky!!! When seated, there are already crumbs in my table. Ketchup bottle yucky. Looks liked licked fingers touched it. Just sticky..,, I guess I’ll have to find another spot. Reserva una mesa ahora
Waited for about 35 minutes for a waiter, Manager finally took our orders after we complained. Finally served by a waitress who was very professional and she did her best to wait on a table of 8 guests.
We were seated immediately, however it took about 15 minutes before a host was assigned to our table. However our host was great friendly polite and kept a smile on his face at all times.
Poor service and management skills. Food was cold and disgusting. Manager was rude and not understanding Staff was missing in action we barley saw our waiter or any server at that.
Slow service. Did you forever and then had to wait a long time to even order dessert. Never received extra Mariana etc. Food mediocre. Reserva una mesa ahora
