we sat right away, waited 20 minutes and no server came by. he stood in which we were had a cold brise, so I asked to table another. there were many empty tables, so there is no problem getting another table. we waited another 10 minutes or so before a server came to take our drink order. at this point I had to ask him for the special menu that was not included in the regular menu. after that the service was good and we had no other problems. half an hour waiting before a server came by to take our order was simply unacceptable, especially the restaurant was not busy. the food and the worth were excellent and the service after the first waiting period was good.
The restaurant itself was difficult to find because their signs are poorly placed. The front door leading to the Northern Blvd. is only an exit door. The entrance door by the parking lot has a small sign printed sign. The place was not full. Our server was very pleasant. The fill in manager went around the tables greeting customers and she was very smart answering a question we had about the bill. The bill suggested a much higher gratuity it had to do with the value of the meal, not the actual price. We very delighted by the manager's demeanor and TGI Fridays should use this person as a trainer. We had unpleasant experiences at other TGI Fridays.
Came here around 6:30 on Cinco de Mayo (a Sunday) and surprised to find the restaurant empty. Despite signs all over restaurant and email promotion touting $5 margaritas all day, we were told by server “we’re out of house tequila, how about a beer instead?” What about other tequilas? Well that’s not an option. Food was mediocre. Mashed potatoes felt like it came from a box. Needless to say we won’t be coming back.
Nice restaurant, very convenient to our home, with a respectable and nice variety menu. Our food was good. Service is slow, especially the bar service. We sat for over 7 minutes before anyone bothered to come see us. The good did come on time, it’s just the waiting time for attention once seated. Not well managed, a lack of proper supervision.

was set immediately. we order the 2 for $29. rack of ribs and cajun huhn with garnels. rib were tender and tasty. the same for garnel and chicken. it came with 2 appetizers. the pot sticker and loaded pommes ordered. they were good. my son had everything they could eat. he enjoyed it.
Service was very poor. Had to wait for hostess. Took forever to see waitress. Drinks took over 10 minutes and finally for came. Food was good, but services was poor.
We were told they do not accept reservations from Open Table. The food was average and cold when delivered to our table.
5 of us, all ordered Spare ribs. They were all overcooked. Surprising to get a basic menu item wrong.

Place just isn’t the same as it used to be. Food taste just okay. Table wasn’t even cleaned well.
