TGI FRIDAYS - Rockville Centre

Our servers name was Felix. Service was horrible. Felix did not pay attention when we were ordering and confused our order. The issue came when we tried to order another item during our meal and Felix told us “I am too busy I’m sorry.” Before walking away and not taking our order. As our server, Felix expressed that he did not have time for us. When it came time to pay the bill, Felix double charged my card and I was told he could do nothing about it. Upon asking another server where the location of the bathroom was, I was dismissed by them saying “I am too busy right now.” The facility is clearly understaffed if two servers dismissed a customer who was just trying to dine in their restauran...

I went to this restaurant to celebrate with my family, and once we were seated, it was a disaster. It was not our server's fault, as the restaurant was short-staffed. I asked for the manager to come over, but she never did. There were only 2 servers and 1 cook for the entire restaurant. My food took over 25 minutes to come out, and my drinks arrived 10 minutes later. My son's food came out 10 minutes after that, but my wife's took a half hour. My food was cold, so I asked for it to be reheated. Overall, it was a horrible experience, but our server was doing the best she could.

Alana and Tyra were extremely accommodating at the bar. They were attentive, kind, and prompt. We ordered a few drinks and food; our food came out hot and was delicious. Every drink we had was balanced and enjoyable. I had stopped coming to Fridays after a bad experience years back but they changed my mind; I’m looking forward to more nights out at a hometown spot with wonderful service!

Oh my gosh, the service at this restaurant was terrible. The server got our order wrong twice and we had to wait an hour for our food. To top it off, a worker brought a crying baby to work, which was very unprofessional. I would advise staying far away from this place. I strongly recommend avoiding it! Reserva una mesa ahora

Just had lunch at Friday's in RVC. The food was good and the service was better. Alison, our server, was friendly, efficient and anticipated our needs. Brought refills without asking, made suggestions and thanked us for visiting. Excellent server.

Despite everything else being excellent, the service at this restaurant was very slow. It appeared that only one woman was waiting on every table, suggesting that they may be understaffed.

Food is good. Service isn't the greatest. The people serving are good but they never seem to have enough staff, which causes the wait staff to run around like chicken without heads.

Everybody was friendly. sat at the bar and had great Longer Island ice tea and good food. Wasn't served a lot, but then again, that's what I need to lose weight. Lol. Reserva una mesa ahora

Ali was our spectacular waitress. She is bubbly, and very efficient attentive. Food arrived quickly, hot delicious. Ali made our visit to TGI Friday memorable.

Waited almost 10 min. For host had to go back into kitchen area to get the host and be seated. Food was old and food was discolored. Yuk!
