Reservation for party of 9 and they couldn't find it nor was the hostess (who was MIA for long periods of time) trying hard. A line of people started forming at the entrance waiting to be seated and no one was around. I had to go track down a manager who seemed like he was ill equipped to help and the place was not even busy. I will never be back .

The experience was enhanced because we had a coupon. Nonetheless the 2-for-$14.99 special gave plenty of good food plus leftovers for lunch. They also carry the Beyond Burger, which was a win for my vegan spouse. Not crowded at all on a weeknight, so reasonably quiet.

The service was not good the food was cold and the time we received was to long i reserve a table online receive confirmation i got the restaurant and i was told thay did not have a table for me
First, don't use open table to make reservations here. TGI Fridays does not get it. a table of 9 is a big surprise for a busy restaurant. everything was ok. nothing special.
