I am upset for the second time this week. I asked the young lady working there three times to confirm that she had done the open table reservation for me. I was reassured each time. However, I still have not received my credit. Additionally, the food was very disappointing. It is frustrating that restaurants cannot seem to get open table reservations right.
Initially, the restaurant states that they do not use Opentable and do not accept reservations. As a result, we would have had to wait 15-20 minutes for a table, but we decided to leave because the restaurant was out of chicken, steak, and shrimp. I rated everything poorly, even though we did not stay, in order to leave a comment.

The shrimp and fries were delicious, but the fish and chips were just okay. The fish seemed to have too much breading. The service was good - we were seated quickly and checked on regularly.
Ordered the smokey wings. They were burnt on outside and had an tasting sauce. I am not a fan. Sat at the bar and the bartender was very friendly and helpful
