With so many excellent Thai restaurants in the area, I overlooked this one for a while. Its location at the back of the Pilgrim Garden Shopping Center made it easy to miss. However, after several visits over the past few months, Aroy Dee has become my favorite Thai spot. Everything I’ve tried has been delicious. The ingredients are fresh, and the dishes are cooked to perfection with a beautiful balance of flavors. Plus, the lunch menu is a fantastic deal. There are several pages of options to choose from, and you can't go wrong with the soup and appetizers at such reasonable prices. I highly recommend it!
Great food and service. Skip the desert. We had Pad Thai, Pineapple fried rize, and goiza dumplings, chocolate lava cake, and the fried taro with ice cream. Pros: The prices were very reasonable. The food was very tasty. Every dish was flavorful and plentiful. We were asked what our spice tolerance was before the meal. The service was excellent. There's parking right in front and across the street. Cons: The desserts weren't really delicious to me. I will probably skip them next time. Would I recommend? Definitely. Cheap, tasty food? Why wouldn't you want to eat there?
This place is such a hidden gem. Closer to authentic in taste than Americanized. The foods are a bit pricy especially if you add protein but it's so worth it. Their noodles are absolutely spectacular in taste. The server was super nice, turning on the space heater for us. The place is very cozy and it's a little hard to see if you're just passing by. Only downside to this place is the parking, which is a paid parking in front of the place.
From my experience, the food here is healthy and fresh. I've dined in as well as taken out. The staff is friendly and very accommodating when it comes to special dietary needs. I visit this restaurant a few times a week.
