The service was good, and the food was delicious. However, when I was packing my leftovers, I discovered a completely raw piece of chicken in my fried rice. I informed the waitress and showed her the piece, but all she said was sorry and then walked away. I don't think she even mentioned it to the cook or offered us anything in compensation for the mistake. Fortunately, I caught it before eating it; otherwise, I could have ended up quite ill. I definitely won't be taking the leftovers home, and I'm hesitant to recommend this place or return myself, as I wouldn’t want to risk getting salmonella. It might be a decent option for vegetarians if undercooked food is acceptable.
I've always had great service and food. I usually eat in, but I for the first time I ordered delivery. There was obviously a mistake and they sent the wrong order, which I didn't notice right away. They were quick to correct their mistake and very apologetic the right order was at my door in 20 minutes. Some may think I should give them a lower score, but the their response to an issue and the food quality deserves this score. Thank you for dealing with the issue so professionally and I will definitely be back!!! P.S. I had the red curry with chicken (which is amazing), cold rolls and appetizer for 2 and it never fails to disappoint.
I enjoyed dinner at Thai by Joe last night, and it was fantastic. The hostess and waitress were incredibly welcoming and efficient. We started with the spring rolls appetizer, which was a great deal at only $6.99 for ten rolls. They were served hot (not spicy) and had a wonderful crunch—so tasty! Both the shrimp yellow curry and the chicken stir-fry were equally delicious. We couldn't resist scooping up the leftover sauces with our spoons. I will definitely be returning, especially to try more from the dinner menu.
Thai By Joe has some pretty incredible food, my wife and I have ordered take out many times and have dined in a few times. I personally love the green curry as it tends to be a little spicy. There portions sizes are excellent and the food is always amazing! If your looking for something a little different for dinner tonight, it's definitely worth checking Thai By Joe out, you won't be disappointed! FYI the Crab Ragoon Puffs are so delicious! I was in Lindsay for work (I live about 50 minutes away), and whenever the town comes up, my dad always raves about this Thai restaurant. He claims it has the best food he's ever tasted, and I have to agree! Everything was delicious—thank you! The interior of the restaurant is beautiful as well, and I love the artwork on the walls. I tried the chicken pad Thai, and it was fantastic! Great prices for such excellent food!
Absolutely fantastic! I had two lunch specials: chicken red curry and beef green curry. Each came with hot and sour soup and two spring rolls. Everything was incredibly fresh, served hot, and full of amazing flavors. I can’t wait to come back for dinner. Don’t miss out on this gem for a $10 lunch!
First time receiving by delivery, food was hot and very tasted, our 6 and 3 year old loved the chicken fried rice and chicken balls! After my 6 year old took his first bite of the chicken ball he exclaimed “that’s yummy chicken! It tastes like love!” 5 stars for family meals absolutely
