We can't have enough rave here! My husband and I came for a late lunch and dinner and ordered soups, apps and 3 (yes 3) entrees and everything exceeded our expectations! We have lived in large metropolitan regions (NY, DC, SF) and look at food. After moving to Brighton, and with a few too many misses in the culinary experiences, we dared Howell 's Thai Cafe based on their favorable Yelp reviews. It has no great quality, fresh ingredients, large portions and the perfect amount of warmth, as recommended by our amazing waiters. After I just started working in the area, I was looking forward to tasting her food, and I wasn't disappointed. The Thai Cafe offers exceptional taste with fresh ingredients and at very affordable prices. As other reviewers have mentioned, their food leads FAR Spicier than most other Thai restaurants I was happy, I am a huge fan of spices, but seriously, their medium is what many other restaurants offer as extra hot, so if you are not a big spice fan, my advice is not to ask any spices at all, or Mild at most. As long as you follow these guidelines, you will eat some positive Thai cuisine.

I love this restaurant! Everything I have tried here has been fantastic. I highly suggest upgrading your meal to a New York strip steak or their chicken breast. I always choose one of these proteins instead of the usual meat options. The curry dishes are my absolute favorite in Michigan. I am now a loyal customer who comes in once a week. Thank you for the delicious food!

My new favorite take out. Their Pad Thai is addictive. It's so good I can't stop ordering it to try other things on their menu. I guess I'll have to update this later. I also like the consistency of their heat rating if you order mild you'll get the same each time as with medium, hot and Thai hot. Reserva una mesa ahora

This Pad Thai was really good! My girlfriend and I got a dish to split since neither of us were starving and it was so huge that I don't think we could have eaten a whole one by ourself even if we were hungry! The chicken was cooked well and tasty. The spice was not too much.

Waiter was super nice! Saved me from scorching my mouth. Almost got the medium and she said its hotter than normal mediums so I did mild and that was just right. Was able to have appetizer, dinner, and dessert for 40$. I will be back!

I always enjoy dining at this restaurant. While it may be a bit expensive, the portion sizes and quality of the food make it worth it. The staff is friendly and the Thai cuisine is simply delicious.
