Thai Fusion Kitchen

My family and I have visited Thai Fusion Kitchen several times in the last two years and we absolutely love it! The food is consistently delicious and flavorful. We have tried almost everything on the menu. My favorite thing about this restaurant is that any dish can be made with either meat or vegetables. Thai Fusion Kitchen is so good that every time I go, I always order something new. I particularly enjoy the herbal spring rolls, vegetable dumplings, vegetable pastry, vegetable red curry, vegetable spicy basil, ginger shrimp, garlic shrimp, and spicy eggplant. as a former cooking student and cook for so many years I am so picky with ordering eating and where I eat. determined to give this place an attempt and what is not disappointed! I took a swallow from my cocoss soup and texted every one of my friends that they need to try this place. some of the best food I've ever had.

I sampled both the red and green curry dishes, and they were delicious! The broth was rich, the vegetables were fresh, and there was just the right amount of spice. It was difficult to pick a favorite between the two, but I believe the green curry emerged as the winner tonight.

We ordered sweet chili fish, pineapple fried rice, spring rolls, Tom Yum soup, and cheesesteak eggrolls. The food was absolutely fantastic and well worth the money.

I recently had the best food in Folsom at this restaurant! The server was friendly and my basil fried rice and spring rolls were delicious and flavorful.
