That Burger Joint - Reserva de mesa

Food was very good. Cooked burger and dressed the sandwich to order exactly as requested. It was a Cheeseburger. Seemed to be a better quality cheese than average. Store looked clean and maintained floors and even the grill area and hood seemed nice condition for lunch. The bottles on the shelving over the grill looked clean. One thing I would recommend is this location be more careful about in the future is the whole understaffed thing. When I walked in at 12:30 p.m., there was only one other customer waiting who had already ordered, and his food was already on the grill. The management had a sign up about being short-staffed. I want to start this review by saying I NEVER leave any. This place was absolutely TERRIBLE! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY. Me and the person I was with were the only two people in the entire restaurant and we STILL got cold food. I’ve never been to an establishment where that is a reality. The sodas in the fountain were all flat! I’m extremely disappointed. Spent about 40$ on a few burgers and fries with some drinks. I unwrapped my burger just to find out my fries were ice cold. Not cold where they’re eatable. I mean gross. There was no bacon on my burger which was supposed to come with it. The worst experience ever. Only one guy worked there. You are talking Friday evening. He was pissed because his co-worker did not show up. We waited at the counter for 30 minutes. We decided to stay because we felt sorry for him. It was a mistake. There was no communication. He did not apologize, and when he rang up the order, the machine even asked for tips. The foods were supposed to be good, but he was pissed off and did not do a good job. He added too much salt onto the burger, and the lettuce was all over the place.

I had their double cheeseburger and I amazed after the first bite! It’s hands down one of the best burgers available in the town! Very friendly staff and good food! Highly recommended!

Great food and atmosphere. At That Burger Joint for a delicious dinner then walked right over to Oberweis for a delicious dessert. It was a good day. Staff was great too!

Waited 22 minutes at drive through for my food. When I received my food, fries were cold, burger was mushy and was not fully cooked. Just a gross experience.

Spent over 40 and received nothing that resembles the menu. Tossed the food and went to 5 Guys. Save ur money and go elsewhere Reserva una mesa ahora

The place is filthy inside and out. Garbage all over the parking lot not a single table/seating wiped off.
