That Extra Touch Roadside

Was hungry on the drive up to Campbell River and saw this highly rated on google so we decided to turn around and go back south to experience it ourselves! So glad we made the stop! Delicious burgers and noodles with lots of fresh veggies. But even better than the food is the wonderful couple who run it. They were so friendly and you can really see their passion to provide quick and real food! The location right across from the ocean was pretty amazing too! We made sure to take our time driving back down south so we were there to stop again when they were open ?

friendly owners! the burger and the pommes were delicious: the burger was cooked to perfection and great part. the fries were spiced and very tasteful, very crispy. the peanut sauce chicken bite vermicelli wasn't my favorite and I wouldn't order it again, but it came with a freshly tasting salad and delicious naan. Hold here for a bite! plus, a nice view over the other side of the carbahn. Note: they are closed in 11th October for a few weeks.

Fantastic BBQ beef in a bun! They were closing for the night and were almost sold out of everything but where able to accommodate a family of 9. Such a lovely couple that runs this spot. Definitely a great place to stop for a quick and delicious bite to eat.

I tried the pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw and a side of fries. The view of the sea from the picnic tables was amazing. I can't wait to come back and try their Asian noodle dishes!

Food is absolutely delicious my favorite was the pulled pork, super friendly and accommodating staff and owner. I make sure I stop in every year I'm on the island!

It's quite a challenge deciding between the burger and the noodle bowl at this restaurant. Both options are equally delicious, fresh, and flavorful.

These fries are so tasty and I don't know why. They have pretty good burgers too (10/10 would recommend this tiny truck).

Love their poutine, only ever seen these guys and another person who use ACTUAL cheese curds!
