Good morning, We had a delicious time both in terms of the welcome and the service and the quality of the food. Elegant and refined place with breathtaking views of Lake Geneva and its eternal snow peaks, background music which perfectly creates the atmosphere and service which is attentive and personalized. Small downside regarding the light which should be dimmed a little around 9 p.m. The cooking and tenderness of the Simmental still lingers in my mouth and the mostly local wines......mhhhhh divine! Place where we really want to return, I highly recommend it.
You are welcomed as soon as you walk through the door. The staff is friendly, smiling and warm. The service is efficient and professional. The dishes are artistically presented on a service adapted to each dish. The tables are arranged in such a way as to respect the privacy of the guests, even if a little noisy at times. However, we regretted not being able to congratulate the chef who unfortunately did not come to greet us at the end of the meal.
