I had to leave a review because this place was underwhelming and we decided on coming here because of the good reviews. Food was nowhere near as good as people say. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and it was dripping buffalo sauce the whole entire time. Also when you take a bite and sauce is spraying out onto your shirt, yeah that’s a poorly made wrap. My brother ordered the nachos and complained that they weren’t very good especially for the price . Service wasn’t bad but wasn’t great either. We sat and waited for our bill for about 15 minutes before asking for it when there was only one other table being served besides us. I will definitely skip this place next time im in town.

We had an incredible experience during our visit on Sunday, September 14th! Kevin was simply outstanding—truly one of the best servers and bartenders we've encountered. My son surprised me with a day-long visit from California after not seeing him for nearly two years, and Kevin made our three-hour visit unforgettable! Thank you, Kevin, for being friendly, kind, helpful, thoughtful, and all-around fantastic! I’m even considering going back into bartending myself; I just hope I can do it as well as Kevin!

The layout of the restaurant is quite unique and intriguing. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They offer slot machines and pull tabs for some added entertainment. I found the price of $23 for two tacos with chips a bit high, though the flavor was good, and the portion size was reasonable. The cocktails, specifically the Blueberry Mojito and Watermelon Margarita, didn't impress me much. However, the Elote poppers (fritters) were really tasty! I would definitely consider visiting again.

Let me preface this by saying I have never left a bad review, and rarely leave reviews in general. We got the Key Largo shrimp tacos, each taco had 3 tiny shrimp, and they were horrible. For $23 dollars, I expected a lot more, I wish I would have taken a picture. Worst food I have had in Hudson by a long shot, the Cabo chicken sandwich was sloppy and flavorless. I ordered a shrimp bowl because I was looking for a keto-friendly option. I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant, as they offered several choices for those of us who are mindful of our carbohydrate intake. The food was tasty, and they also had some great drinks. Just a heads up, there's a parking fee in Hudson, but it’s only 50 cents per hour. I believe parking is free on Sundays.

Agave is my favorite restaurant in Hudson. Every time we visit, it never lets us down. We adore the skinny wings, nachos, and burgers—everything is truly amazing. Our preferred seating spots are either in the cozy back corner booth or on the second floor with a view of the first.

Staff was very friendly and attentive and the food was delicious. 100% recommend the Agave Twinkie if you like sweet and spicy food. A little bit pricey but overall a very positive experience. We will definitely be coming back in the future

Pork sliders and cheeseburger were delicious! Very attentive staff and atmosphere. Strawberry jalapeño margarita was also very good.
