I love this restaurant and visit every time in margate or surroundings. but tonight was my first experience to try the tasting menu. the appetizer of the day was not disappointed, and the seafood dish was excellent. I have tried to learn the secrets of the nelly and saffron sauce, but no avail. Although the chocolate plate was raised, the expert and perfectly cooked and seasoned lamb dish stole the show. the cabernet sauvignon from the glass was as good as I remembered. an exquisite evening of fine eating, supplemented by exemplary service!
a unique menu, kreatiw and tasty. our prestarter was tender and cloged our taste buds. I had a common seafood platter, the soft bowl crab, a spiced crabcake and deep roasted all locally with piquant and tasteful sides. my main thing of the pork bell with a pork curry sauce and rice was also juicy, had taste and seasoning levels with crispy skin on the side. English wee were a good guide, especially the house knows and I look forward to a return visit, maybe to try their tasting menu.
We went for Saturday lunch and The food was absolutely amazing. Complimentary taster were given. For our main I had the butternut squash risotto which was gorgeous and my husband had the beef stew. Flavours were delicious. I also had the house Rose wine which was very nice. Would definitely recommend xx
that is by far the best food I have ever eaten in a restaurant! it was my 4th time and I'm never disappointed! delicious food, wonderful service and good atmosphere! at our last visit we had the pleasure of the live jazz, which made our evening even more perfect.

I love this resteraunt, having been many times and never been disappointed. The food is always flavoursome locally sourced ingredients cooked with an Asian twist.... Totally recommend. Also the service is second to none.

Excellent meal what a little gem of a restaurant. Very unassuming decor but the food was great, recommend if you're in the area. Very attentive and friendly staff also.
