The Ambrosia Bakery

I used to love Ambrosia Bakery but the quality is not what it used to be. We were given the wrong filling for my birthday cake and the cake was very stale. I would like to know how old the cake was. It was also overly sweet and barely edible. Ambrosia has not responded to my mom's calls or any of my messages. We still have the cake and would like a refund. Complete waste of time, money, and energy. Think twice before getting your cakes here if it is an important occasion.

I went to ambrosia to order a cake for this Sunday 10/23/22 the lady at the cake order desk said she could not take anymore cake order Sunday and refuse to take my cake order! I was quite upset!!! I?ve never had a problem before! I left and went to my car,went online to ambrosia website and was able to place my 3 tier fall cake order for pick up on Sunday.

When you go in, it smells delicious! The staff was wonderful and attentive. There delicious pastries that I've tried are so good, it makes my mouth water even now. Ordered a birthday cake and the person I spoke to, who took my specific order was superpolite and made my order clear and on point.

Every visit my order is fresh and delicious. Even when they are busy you never have a long wait they are very attentive to their customers.

Great Baton Rouge institution. Solid choice for delectable cakes and pastries. I also highly recommend the petit fours.
