We arrived at the restaurant and there was a long line out the door. We had made a reservation but had to search for a worker to inform them. We were seated at a table and were told to order when ready. After waiting 20 minutes in the still ridiculous line, we decided to leave because we had a young baby with us. The restaurant itself was not overly busy, so it seemed that the people waiting were being taken elsewhere. It was disappointing that the HOTA cinema and exhibition center did not offer coffee, causing long lines to be directed to this café/restaurant. They should consider implementing table service for customers.
On a day that was meant to be special (Mother's Day) and having reviewed the menu before arriving was disappointed to be told that a number of menu items were not available. When the food was served the mains arrived before the starters. Surely better menu planning (and sufficient ingredients) for a busy day would have meant less disappointment for this customer. Improve the service please.
We arrived with over an hour til our show. Ordered quickly but food took almost 45mins to come out which we then had no time to eat as the show was beginning, asked for a container to take into the theatre which they gave us but then the theatre wouldn’t allow us to take it in!
The food was actually enjoyable.. however , our order was lost and we queried the delay. After we waited an hour, it arrived with 15 minutes remaining before our show was due to begin. We had to swallow it fast to be on time in our seats!!

This restaurant is the perfect spot for a casual gathering with friends and family. It has both outdoor seating and a spacious indoor dining area. The menu offers a great variety of dishes, including options for vegetarians.
The restaurant had a limited and uninspired menu, with prices that were too high. Despite having made a reservation, we had to wait 40 minutes for a hamburger. Overall, we were very disappointed with our experience.
The staff were very welcoming and the service was good. We ordered the pulled beef with baked pumpkin and cherry tomatoes which was very dissapointing. The beef was dry and
Service was friendly. Wine was good. Convenient to HOTA but menu was limited and disappointing. A couple of pizza options would have been amazing.
