The Banc - Reserva de mesa

Been for a lovely dinner here this evening. Had a chicken burger (two southern fried chicken breasts, decent portion! , hand cut chips and onion rings and my husband had a lamb burger. Both were absolutely lovely. We had sticky toffee pudding and black forest cheesecake for dessert and both were delicious. Not too big portion wise which was perfect. Service was friendly and non intrusive, food came extremely quickly and was hot, locals and non-locals made to feel welcome. The decor was lovely (the chairs were super comfy which makes a nice change from being tortured on uncomfortable chairs haha . So as someone just visiting locally, I'd highly recommend The Banc!

On holiday nearby we went to The Banc before we went to our chalet. I had scampi chips and peas.which was a good portion of scampi and chips. Well cooked, with a home made tartar sauce that was really lovely. My wife had fish chips and peas with tartar sauce which I had more of... and my daughter had a beefburger and chips which had a lovely red onion homemade coleslaw. Tourist visiting the area and we had a recommendation to try the Banc. So glad we visited! The food was fantastic, with gorgeous flavours and generous servings. Sunday lunch menu deal was good value too. The gentleman serving us was very attentive and friendly, and made sure we were comfortable and enjoying our food

Couldn’t comment on the food as we stopped by for drinks. The food we saw did look very good and I’d be keen to try a meal here. Chatty and happy staff made us feel welcome. Lovely choice of drinks. Had a great lunch at The Banc, we love coming here when on our holiday. The food is always so good, cooked to perfection. We had a ribeye steak and fish and chips. Would definitely recommend coming, food never disappoints and the atmosphere and staff are really lovely.

We was on holiday in the area and was told to try The Bakc for a meal. We was not disappointed. The food and staff are amazing to the point we booked again the following night. Can't recommend this place enough.

3 of us, lovely meal was not what we expected, website gives videos of mice restaurant. Nice suprise lovely local pub, staff were friendly, locals at bar said hi too

A cozy pub, with lovely, attentive staff and excellent food. I highly reccomend visiting this little gem.
