I visited this restaurant the other day for lunch and wasn't quite sure what to expect. Once we were seated, a friendly young waitress greeted us, handed us the menus, and inquired about our drink preferences. The Bay Tree is beautifully decorated and has a lot of character; it’s not a large place, but it has a cozy feel that made us comfortable. As I mentioned, we were uncertain about what to expect when we placed our orders. A little while later, we were served two beautifully presented meals that were absolutely delicious. Dropped in with a mate for breakfast on Saturday morning as we usually do when I'm visiting from London. I must say I love this place and the food is amazing as always and prepared with dedication and care. The staff are always great and the manager always takes time to say hi and are really welcoming. Everybody only has good things to say about The Bay Tree and this is well deserved. Great job guys
The menu is all embracing, veggie, vegan and meat. Premises were excellent. Service wonderful. Bring your own booze was brilliant. £10 for a nice bottle of wine instead of £16 for a bottle of rubbish house wine. Just a shame they closed at 9pm. I felt a little bit rushed even though we got there at 19:30. However, I would definitely go again but book a table for 7 o'clock. Lovely place.
Nice little eatery/restaurant, which has been around for some time, serving a range of dishes from some of the Mediterranean countries (more from Turkish/Greek/North African side), all accompanied by pleasant service! Think you can bring your own bottle too. Serves lovely latte few nice tea options!

I had the pleasure of dining in this lovely restaurant this evening.. my food was delicious. l would recommend to anybody wanting to try somewhere different to eat. I will certainly be back and recommend to friends and family. The lovely waitress was an asset to the establishment also.
My wife and I had a lovely brunch a week ago. She had the Turkish omelette, I was jealous, but my vegetarian breakfast is the best I have had. Everything cooked from fresh, no oil on plate, a real treat. Finished off with a Turkish coffee.
The food was amazing, the menu extensive and the prices were very reasonable. The service was a bit laid back and it took an hour to get our food. Nice atmosphere. I'd definitely try again and hope the lackluster service was a fluke.
The falafel here is amazing! This is one of my favorite lunch spots. The food is prepared with great care, tastes excellent, and has a genuine Middle Eastern flair. The falafels are definitely a standout!
