The Bay Tree Vintage Tea Rooms

It was fantastic! I visited for a prosecco afternoon tea with three friends, and it's been over a year since my last visit. The place has definitely changed and become even more quirky. The staff was incredibly friendly! I absolutely love the vintage mix-and-match aesthetic of everything here. The food arrived promptly, and there was a great selection to choose from. It was beautifully presented, fresh, and very generous. They also offered a lovely selection of loose-leaf tea that I rarely find elsewhere! I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back soon!

We visited yesterday and had the ostentatious cake, which was incredible—we ended up taking half of it home because there was so much! This place is fabulous and wonderfully eclectic, truly one of a kind. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and they love having dogs, which adds to the charm. What more could you ask for in a café or tearoom? If you haven't been there yet, I highly recommend that you give it a try!

beautiful teeroom, but not all employees are very welcoming! I think we were overloaded as we paid for tee, I think I read from the menu the full breakfast inc tee? also there was an element lacking in the breakfast! beautiful environment, but must work on the little things that customers feel great when they want to return

We just love popping in here for lunch of just tea and a slice. The decor is fun, quirky and we love the vintage bits n bobs and music. The food is lovely. Well presented and delicious. Staff are friendly and chatty. Highly recommended if you are peckish whilst in Welshpool. Reserva una mesa ahora

First visit and will certainly be back..wonderful decor, zoned with different themes, we sat in the Alice in wonderland area. Tasty, reasonablly priced food and very attentive friendly staff..gem of a place.

Went in for a light lunch. Choose the cheese, ham mayo wrap and it was amazing, served with salad coleslaw and chips. Washed down with a quality coffee. Great quality and polite, helpful staff.

Popped in for coffee and cake on the recommendation of a restaurant owner in llanfair and we were not disappointed a quirky gem of a place and the cake was delicious! Would definitely revisit!
