I recently visited Des Moines for the first time and stumbled upon this charming coffee shop. When we arrived, we were the only ones there, but we were quickly greeted by a friendly person from the back who engaged us in conversation while preparing our drinks. It turns out they were getting ready for a festival, which explained why they were so busy. I tried their unique creme brulee cold brew for the first time, along with their creme brulee soft serve ice creams. They also have homemade onigiri, packaged in a way that reminded me of Japan. Everything was delicious. Shoutout to Gabriel for the great service - I can't wait to come back to this place the next time I'm in Iowa!

Our first time there just the other day and we will be back! The owners were so nice and welcoming! Gabe asked us questions about what we like and he didn’t hesitate to explain their ingredients and recommendations to help us decide what to have. For the best unique crème brûlée topped coffees, you really need to try this place! Next time you want coffee or ice cream more, I hope you will give this small business a try! You will be glad you did!

Went to the Douglas location last week on a whim to get ice cream and we were pleasantly surprised!! Loved the ice cream and Gabriel made the kiddos feel like family!! Such a fun place!! We will return!! Great atmosphere and staff!!
