Staff are absolutely fantastic. Any issues are resolved with an above and beyond attitude. The rooms are clean and facilities are good. The restaurant and bar are decorated to a very aesthetically pleasing fashion and the food is grand. Had a slight issue on the first night but the manager went far beyond expectations to sort it out. I don’t have a single bad word to say having stayed for two separate weeks here. Thanks to all at the belmore!
arrived in the hotel the location was ideal. the personal was very attentively friendly. what made it special was one of the guests was in a wheelchair. there was no elevator in the accommodation, so the manager (dave) got two employees to lift the wheelchair to several stairs. this happened at numerous places, they made the stay more unforgettable. I would highly recommend visiting myself. excellent breakfast too.
Staff was super friendly and helpful, really lovely folks. My one quibble is that the silicone in the showers/baths needs to be stripped and redone as there is some mold/mildew dots showing. I had the fish of the day for supper and maybe that could be better but the staff were coping with a lot of people being home with CV19 so I'll try again next time I stay and see how it is then.
What a lovely place! Stayed for NYE and honestly couldn't be happier, the room was absolutely immaculate and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. We had a full English breakfast and both the presentation and quality of ingredients were top notch. If you haven't visited this place, then get it booked, you won't be disappointed.
