Yesterday afternoon, I stopped in for a quick pint and ended up loving the place so much that I returned in the evening to enjoy some live music. I had a fantastic night at this charming little pub, where the ciders were great and the atmosphere was cozy. Everyone I talked to was incredibly friendly. I will definitely be returning to this little gem of a pub!
Cosy, traditional pub. Locals and staff are very friendly and welcoming they make you feel like a regular! We had sunday lunch which was amazing! Cauliflower cheese was beautiful, tender pork and crispy roasties. The cook made me a special gluten free Quorn mince roast and it came with delicious gluten free gravy. They couldn't have been more accommodating.
Stopped off for lunch! The food was good, wholesome and tasty! I had their pie which was delicious! The beer that I had was a couple of pints of Wadworths 6X which was first class!! The lady who served us was very friendly, chatty and attentive- just like pubs should be!! Throughly recommend this pub and will certainly visit again next time I in the area.
I visited this restaurant for Sunday dinner, and I must say, it was the right decision. The roast dinner was outstanding, with the best Yorkshire pudding I've ever had. There was plenty of vegetables, perfectly roasted potatoes, and delicious lamb. It was fantastic and I highly recommend it. The beer was excellent as well! Reserva una mesa ahora
We had a fantastic evening celebrating a birthday on Saturday. We reserved the sauna room for a private party, and everything was excellent. The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. A big thank you to our host Laurence and chef Dave for making the night so special!
Best pub in town, categorically. Excellent atmosphere, traditional, quality beers ciders, varied groovy live music and service with a smile. Highly recommended for a drink, or delicious pub food, especially the Sunday Roasts!
Fabulous meal on Saturday night, food is always great, Sunday lunch is the best in Tewkesbury! Natalie always makes sure there's plenty of wine chilled too.. very attentive excellent service
