One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in the room was comfy and very clean and had a nice view and the service was excellent Zack and the team from the front Desk Are Amazing. Anytime I’m DMV Maryland and DC area I will stay here exclusively !!!Rooms: Very big and cleanNearby activities: You can walk to Starbucks and Trader Joe’s a super market and Taste local dinner which I highly recommendSafety: The room I stayed it was very quiet and private on the 7 floorWalkability: Very walkableFood drinks: The bar has the best saladsNoteworthy details: The service is the best

I've been trying to reach the sales office and cannot get through. No one will return my calls. I've called multiple times at different times of day and they never answer. Is it super busy or something? When I finally was given an email, it said that the email was blocked. How much do I have to try to get you all to take my money?

Very rude staff, elevators always have an issue, asked for towels multiple times during my stay and never received any. Also reservation manager G. Henry was very rude and difficult to work with. Will not be returning and will not be staying at another

Don 't stay here. Worst Hilton I 've ever been to. Elevators hardly work. Rooms are filthy. A/C in rooms don 't work. Building is very old and the rehab is lipstick on a pig . There are much nicer hotels in Bethesda to stay at for the same price.

This hotel was delightful. Contemporary rooms, warm hospitality, good food and coffee available. My only thing was I couldn't figure out how to change the temperature in the shower. But I got by.
