To the person who left a 1 star review.. I too was at the islanders game and waited about 10 min for my freshly made cheeseburger and fries. You have to understand they are doing the best they can with all consession stands closed and roughly 1400 people in attendance. There was about 3 diff food options other than ice cream.. of course the lines and wait were going to be long for freshly made food instead of having stale chicken tenders and fries sitting under a hot lamp. But back to my review my cheeseburger was absolutely delicious and I made sure Chrissa knew that on Saturday when I was back for the game again! First off let me start by saying Chrissa is AMAZING to work with ! She is a doll and always have everything in order and on point . This is the second time I used her and I couldn't of been more thrilled than the first time . Her food is absolutely delicious . She is very talented , on time , on point and the list can go on. I will always use her for all my parties . Thank you so much for yet another memorable party because of you!!! Can't wait to use you Again!!!!
Chrissa has done it again! We keep coming back time and time again. The food is excellent, but the service takes it to the next level! We highly recommend The Big Cheese to anyone in search of a food truck, and we'll continue to promote it endlessly. You won't find anyone more pleasant to work with or a menu that's more delicious!
what a great idea when you have a party! all the great comfort foods they want, made right! chrissa and their entire team were professional and helpful and friendly. the whole food was quickly prepared and was delicious. highly recommended the big cheese food truck for their next event. they will not be disappointed

The service was very quick, and the staff clearly knew what they were doing. The wait to get in was a bit frustrating, but the food made it worthwhile. I was a little tipsy when I took my first bite, and it was absolutely fantastic!

The Big Cheese is undoubtedly the best food truck on the island! The food is exceptional, with amazing quality, and the owner is incredibly kind!
Underprepared for being one of four food trucks to service the Islanders game. 20 minutes for a roll with barely any cheese and a pretzel.
