I would give them 5 stars as I usually go here MULTIPLE times a week however today we went through the drive through and sat there at the window waiting for someone to take our order. All we wanted was a biscuit and water that's it. The sign was still on OPEN and closing time isn't until one. Instead we were stared at by not 1 but 3 workers. That is unacceptable and not good customer service. They could have at least came to the windows and said one minute but no nothing. We sat there a good 5-10 min. We were patient because yes we seen them cleaning. But customers come before that you put the broom down for 2 seconds and then go back to it. My business will be taken elsewhere from now on. I...
My kids bought a gift card from the Biscuit Box and multiple restaurants in Chatsworth for their 86 year old grandfather for Christmas. He went to redeem the gift card in June and they had charged a fee for every month he had it and told him he had no value left on the card. This is the ONLY restaurant in Chatsworth that did this. Needless to say he, nor my family, will ever spend a penny at this restaurant again.
Biscuits are good. I had the BLT which was huge. Everything was fresh. Bacon was crispy. I had French fries (not on menue but they do have) that were great. Cooked perfectly with no small pieces like other places. Quality fries. I always call my order in. I go through drive through most of time. My order is always ready when I arrive and stays hot until I get home. I Recommend The Biscuit Box!
