I dined here on my first night after checking in, arriving just 30 minutes before closing. The staff were absolutely exceptional, which is why I returned for both breakfast and dinner on my final day at the hotel. I appreciated the variety of food options available for different dietary needs. For dinner, I had the BBQ chicken flatbread and glazed salmon, and both were just what I was looking for. Thank you for making me feel at home during my stay!

The food is about a 5 out of 10. I wouldn’t recommend eating here unless you have no other options. If the manager is on duty, the breakfast burrito is actually quite good. Otherwise, there are far too many potatoes, and the tortilla lacks crispiness. I stayed here for nine days, and the dinners were disappointing as well. Truly unfortunate.
The Bistro is truly a hidden gem. Be sure to ask for Mary Jane—she’s a fantastic hostess who goes above and beyond to help and accommodate guests. The breakfast choices were excellent, the staff during breakfast was outstanding, and the beer selection was impressive. We absolutely loved our experience! Plus, the location is fantastic! I wanted to highlight the fantastic service provided by Chris, the manager. He is incredibly warm and goes above and beyond to ensure that everyone who visits the Bistro feels welcomed. We truly appreciated his efforts. (The food, however, is nothing to write home about.)
Both times we visited The Bistro, the service was outstanding. Special thanks to Alex, the bartender—a fantastic guy with great knowledge about Seattle. He also makes excellent drinks!
The farmstand breakfast is packed with flavor and absolutely delicious! Cari, at the order stand and coffee bar, was fantastic and worked incredibly hard. A big thank you to her!

I really enjoyed that this place is attached to the Marriott Pioneer Downtown. The food was great, and the atmosphere was very comfortable.
