I stopped in at Black Lamb on a Monday morning having fasted for a blood test. The cafe is at the base of a private clinic/ hospital. Maybe it was my abject hunger or good quality ingredients in their menu, I'm not sure. But the loaded croissant that I had tasted outstanding. The ham in particular had a nicely pronounced smoked flavour.The staff are friendly and create a relaxed atmosphere. Rounded off with really well made coffee, this spot came as a welcome surprise in an area of town where I was not all that hopeful.
This is a lovely little coffee shop near a hospital clinic. The choice of food for this little place was really good with some lovely healthy options. There is a little outside area to to sit. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only problem would be parking, there is extremely limited street parking. There is a big car park underneath, if you are visiting the clinic it is free
During these times of Coronavirus, I was shocked to see that they were making sandwiches without any regard for the spread of the virus. There were no gloves or masks, and they were only focused on talking about the sandwiches. The sandwiches were then wrapped in cellophane. It was disappointing to see such negligent practices, especially when considering the safety of others.
how pleasant, are served by happy smiling people. coffee was very good. the lamb burger was really delicious, very damp tasty patty with good salat and a bonus egg. the avocado smash was a well presented generous service and extended by the dusting of...dukkah covid protocols were good that will work with the good food and coffee will visit a return

this morning eggs benedict enjoyed a fantastic breakfast with crispy speck and homemade relish. for a lactose and gluten-tolerant person I have rarely got many possibilities and they offered not only a generous, beautifully prepared dish, but it came with smiles. The coffee was also excellent!
I have visited this place on several occasions coinciding with medical appointments. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the coffee and food are amazing and all reasonably priced. A nice touch is the home made relish served on the side of toasties eaten in...house.
I recently had the best breakfast I've had in a long time at this restaurant. Everything was cooked to perfection and the variety of extras offered at a reasonable price was impressive. I will definitely be returning in the future.
Stumbled upon this gem whilst waiting for my xray next door. Had a long black coffee and a bacon and egg roll which was just sublime. Service is friendly and warm. I will be back to try the burgers.

Had the pulled pork burger that was awesome and one of the biggest nicest coffees for a long time. If you have to wait for someone then this is a good place to wait.
This cafe is a great place with really good food. The staff is really nice. Gods prices as well. I highly recommend it.
