This place has the coolest vibe. South American/Caribbean/Californian inspired. Love the colours and the fit out and the furniture. I'm glad they've finally done something with this space behind the garden. The staff were very friendly, and someone who seemed to be the manager asked me how everything was. I told him everything was great, because I was in a hurry and mostly it was great, except for a couple things to do with the food. I ordered a Cuban pork sandwich, and it was delicious and very filling. It came with yuca chips, which were also deliciously crunchy and loaded with lots of spices. Last week, as part of our final social club event for work, we went to Blue Flamingos for taco night. They have a special on Thursdays for which gets you tacos and Tecafe (Mexican beer). Blue Flamingo use to actually be the back part of the well-known seedy Leedy. Upon entering, you can see the transformation that the place has been through – it looks quite lovely and tropical. However the seedy Leedy cages still remain (of course this has been decontaminated and sanitised haha). We ordered a few of the different cocktails to share. El diseño y el concepto son realmente geniales. Buen lugar para reunirse para una bebida relajada con amigos. Las jarras eran bonitas pero no muy fuertes. El guacamole no se trituró correctamente, tenía una gran rebanada de aguacate en ella y no es particularmente sabroso, el ceviche del salmón tenía un sabor extraño y las quesadillas eran pequeñas. La mejor parte fueron las chips de tortilla ... iría de nuevo, pero solo para bebidas, principalmente para la atmósfera.
Punto genial para conocer amigos. Estaba ocupado, pero la comida salió rápido. La comida de estilo de tapas era increíble y bastante barata.
No intenté los cócteles. Lo único que se puede mejorar fue que necesitan más asientos / mesas, algunas personas venían un poco perdidas ya que no podían encontrar un lugar. ¡Comería aquí de nuevo, no más leyy semillero!
Vino aquí unos días después de que se abrió, llegó allí a la hora de apertura, así que el lugar estaba bastante vacío, pero mientras miraba a su alrededor, me di cuenta de lo genial que sería la vibra si estuviera empacada (sino que también se agotaba el carril de la jaula bailando en el Viejo leedy). Si quieres un buen vino, siempre consigue el tempranillo.
Would give negative stars if i could. My sister got spiked here on a Saturday night. We found out another people had also been spiked that same night. Don't trust the bar staff!

Si no fuera por el tema y la vibra genial, no creo que nadie regrese. Quesadillas de hongos ordenadas, tenía 2 envolturas secas con queso malo dentro ... sin champiñones.
