I was caught off guard by a $15 cover charge instead of the $10 because we didn't purchase tickets in advance. None of the 20+ people in my group had been there before, and we were all surprised. We arrived early and even ordered food! We were informed that the cover is always $15 at the door and $10 if bought ahead of time. I like the new look under the current ownership and the unique drink options they offer, and they are open to accommodating special requests. I'll give it another try since it's a local business, but I wasn't aware of the cover charge policy.
You get to perform with a live band, and every member has been in a band before, so they're all very professional. They add their own twist to the songs instead of playing them exactly as you might expect, which gives it a fun flair! If you ever feel a bit lost, don’t worry—the staff is more than happy to help you get back on track. Plus, there are lyrics displayed on a screen in front of you; you can choose to use them or go without.
Overall, this place truly makes you feel like a pop star! You definitely need to check it out for yourself!
Oh my goodness, the best cover band I've ever seen! Michele's female vocals and choreography were a performance all on their own!

5 stars for supporting the School of Rock's young musicians by giving them a venue to perform.
The Kahula pork is so good as well as the Handymans Lunchbox cocktail for a cause drink.
