I lived in Chino Hills for thirteen years and The Boiler was my favorite restaurant. Get the house Pan Roast and leave it CRANK on the spice level. All the food is so good there. It's one if not the best restaurant in Chino Hills. The only reason that this is a four-star review is that the restaurant closes between lunch and dinner, and that has influenced my ability to eat there several times in recent years. I live now on the east coast, but The Boiler is one of only a handful of restaurants in the Chino Hills/Chino area, which I still miss, although I am now in walking/public transfer distance from amazing restaurants. I used to be out there this summer, and I forgot that they closed between lunch and dinner and that the day was a very structured day; I did not end up being able to eat there because I forgot that they would close during these hours. This is my NUR complaint; they close a few hours between lunch and dinner, and this closure has influenced my ability to eat there several times in the last seven years. There are still some of the best food in Chino Hills!
