On 09/17/2023, we ordered takeout from The Brown Jug to be delivered to our hotel near the airport. We had just arrived from an overseas trip and were extremely jet lagged. Our order consisted of one Tuscany pizza and one Caesar salad to share. The restaurant promised delivery within an hour and it arrived on time at 5:30 pm. The delivery person, named Linda I believe, was very friendly. She delivered our order along with another customer's order at the same time. Please be patient as the food at this restaurant is definitely worth the wait. I waited about an hour during rush hour in Boston when the tunnel was closed. I heard about this place from the hotel employees at TownePlace Suites in Chelsea, Massachusetts, specifically Luis the shuttle driver. The portions were good and the prices were reasonable. I highly recommend this place, and I am a self-proclaimed food snob.

The server was outstanding, very attentive. The food came out hot and quickly. I dined in for lunch and the price per person was between $30-50. The food, service, and atmosphere all rated a perfect 5. Highly recommend trying the Spinach and Ricotta Calzone and Cheese Pizza. Reserva una mesa ahora

My dining experience was completely ruined by the presence of rats on the patio. The servers were laughing about it, which was very unprofessional. I would give the food a rating of 1, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 1.

The wings and pizza at this restaurant are delicious, especially the pizza which is my favorite in the Chelsea/Revere area. I would have given it a 5-star rating, but I have to lower it.

The promotion for complimentary chicken wings at this restaurant was very appealing. I vividly remember the charming old decor. I made the error of only trying one, but it was worth it.
