The Brunswick Hotel

This place is becoming my little local. Its your typical pub/beergarden, but the restaurant they have inside is a little treat.. the menu isnt overly large, which i honestly prefer, and its a list of your 'what to expect" at a bar but just taken up a couple of notches. Possibly just for being New Farm, but i dont care, cause ibe had the risotto, which was cooked to perfection and serving size was well above what i could consume, ive also had the steak (typical) but i must say, their red wine jus is done properly, not just some cruddy replacement. Beers are great, staff could be a little better, but all in all, if you want a chilled day, with a nice decor and entertainment, definitely pop in...

sadly disappointed, we hadn't been for a meal for a while, decided to sit down in the restaurant - its a nice area and comfortable seating , and we thought table service. NO table service, please order food at the counter and we will give you a buzzer to come collect your meal, and if you want a drink there are bars either side. If I wanted a bar meal I would have stayed in the bar! really disappointed with the lack of service, the food was very ordinary - I would never get the battered barramundi again, it was dry and tasted frozen. My husband got the steak with a big gristle through the middle so could only eat about half of it. Its such a shame it was so good but something has changed and...

Used to go here for a Serious Barista prepared coffee and the home made style Vegetarian Lasagne, but none of us can bring ourselves to be subjected to the terrible coffee since certain staff member Simon left. The disappearing favourite meals on the menu affected me so we just stopped coming. Shame. The extensive renovations are great for the boozers but we like to be guaranteed we can get a Barista Coffee. You won't get that here. The sweets used to be world class deadly though. I am too worried to go back that I will be disappointed.

We've had many drinks here. The renovations of the hotel are great. There is indoor and outdoor dining. Eaten here a few times and not the best experience. Great place to catch up for a drink or two and then move onto the valley for some real yummo food. Reserva una mesa ahora

I was happily suprised vy their beer garden area. It is a lovely little hide away off the main road. The meals were a good size and price and quality. Staff were super nice and helpful. Many large tvs throughout the put, so a good sport spot I'd sat.

Always call in here for pre dinner drinks before visiting one of our favorite restaurants across the road. Usual order is the Mumm champagne & a VB for the partner. Service is always very pleasant & we love the new renovations

We come here every Monday for Harry's Trivia. Whilst we haven't won the cash yet Harry is very entertaining. Always a good crowd and a chance to win some cash and wine. Food is always good and substantial. You won't go home hungry

Took advantage of the $15 Parma on last Wednesday night. Not disappointed. We got a good size Parma, loads of chips and a lovely coleslaw to top it off. Highly reccomend. Reserva una mesa ahora

Good food and great atmosphere. The food has always been really great here and the outdoor bar area is a lovely area. Karaoke on a Saturday night is great fun!

I attended a friend's small party. The food circulating was good. Great live music and nice atmosphere in the beer garden. I'll be back.
