the first time in the bull, will not be the last! traditional, classic is what meets them when they look in and their first look at the beautiful menu. the selection of dressed and favs that they have not seen for years, makes them smile! they can sit in the bar area or in the restaurant, restaurant for us. Nice that we did it because the staff could not have been more attentive and pleasant. eating was great and personal attentive. reminded me of a few years ago when they go to a restaurant with a big menu and actually hear them speak! I am definitiw back and my friends have booked their jubilee dinner there. I'll take my parents. the prices are not wild and so they can make the choice to meet their budget. this is not a budget place to eat, but the atmosphere is worth it.

This is our 3rd visit to the Bull. This time we were disappointed. The food was just OK rather than the usual excellent. Some dishes were only warm. It was Valentines so maybe too many meals required quickly? Service also not is normal. This will not stop us coming again, but hopefully we will have an improved experience next time.

Very enjoyable evening, friendly and warm welcome on arrival, plenty of choice on the menu, very attentive service, food was excellent, portions were a little big but delicious non the less. We enjoyed our meal very much. The waiters were attentive. If any fault it was that the soup was too hot to eat and we had to wait while it cooled arc before the next course. We had drinks and main course. They were delicious. A well cooked meal. Nothing fancy just wholesome.

We ate in the restaurant not the bar. Fabulous evening with friends. Food always enjoyable, service even better. Second time we have been in a month. Love it. Old fashioned service and food choices, quirky but perfect for us.

I have dined here many times over the years and have never had a bad. Meal. Great food and great service. I even had an office Christmas Party here and the service was just as great !! Well done as always, I will be back !!!
