The Bunk Inn - Reservar una mesa

I ordered a cheese board on a Thu afternoon at 18:10 and this is what I got! The menu states grapes with Chutney, clearly neither came! The person did not even apologies as obviously the Chef new what they were doing and not giving the customer what they wanted and just putting tomatoes on their instead is shocking!! And this was £12! I complained there was no manager, but a very young person clearly out of the debt but they did give me a full refund. The chef should not be able just to do this, I would expect them to come out and say we don’t have this but would this be ok and a reserve? Clearly tomatoes are not! And look at this cheese board it is just a pure joke!! I am a local and am so...

first visit for a relaxed business dinner. the choice from the menu was diverse and eating quickly arrived what they want when they are against the clock. order yourself haddock and chips and they want to be disappointed. the fish is delivered fresh every morning. I'll be back soon!

excellent rooms very disappointed we had to go to another pub to get a drink that greeted us could not give us a taxi service number. he tried to get us into another room, although we had a sofa bed in the room, but no bed linen.

All fine and dandy until....DJ started at 10pm and sleep became an impossibility. Any sort of pre-notice would have warned us off staying here. Quiet country location, err, no.

reliable excellent eating and a great place to stop with the dog, beautiful staff also. highly recommended
