I must say, the beer was excellent and the side dishes were decent. However, I was disappointed when my fries arrived not hot and quickly turned cold in the early October evening. We both ordered the Audley Farm Dry Aged Steaks, with the Bone-out Ribeye being the featured cut of the evening - usually one of my favorites. Unfortunately, on this occasion, the steak was tougher and chewier than anything I had ever experienced outside of a buffet. The seasoning was a simple blend of salt and pepper, nothing extraordinary, but I struggled to cut through my steak. I have discovered my new favorite steakhouse! While staying in this area for a few months, I intentionally sought out a local restaurant and I am thrilled to have found The Butcher Station. The Ribeye was aged to perfection, the oyster appetizer was sublime, and even the side dishes were amazing (I actually finished the kale before the steak). I will definitely be returning! Our server was attentive, helpful, and friendly - just like a next-door neighbor. This is the perfect place for a cozy, quiet, and delicious Friday night dinner out.

This place was amazing. The service was extraordinary. The server was named Tori and she was so nice. Very lively and helped us out and made us a mock tail which was also extraordinary. The food was cooked and seasoned just right. The service was good too!I will definitely be coming back and recommend you to come here too.

I can truly taste the difference when I eat a meal that is unprocessed, although I cannot do it frequently. It is such a delicious treat when I have the opportunity. All around excellent. Phenomenal oysters!! Try the crabmeat sandwich with the cider raspberry rose to accompany it. You will not regret it if you love crab. Modern fishing cabin feel, friendly staff, and very clean. We will deffinatly eat here again.
