The Cactus Mexican

The food was amazing, so I’d give it 4 out of 5 stars. However, my overall rating is a 3 because the service fell short. There was a hair on my plate, and when I pointed it out to the server—who happened to be the owner's son—he replaced it. However, the owner's attitude was quite uncomfortable. They didn’t even apologize, and it felt like they didn’t care. In fact, the owner seemed a bit upset that we brought up the issue, as if a hair in the food wasn’t a significant problem. He ignored us for the rest of our time there, which was disappointing.

The Cactus Mexican Restaurant is truly a hidden gem! This was my second visit, and the food was delightful! I ordered the green enchiladas, which came with chips, rice, and beans. The more sauce, the better! I also tried the taco de bistec, which comes with three tacos. Make sure to enjoy the tacos fresh to avoid them getting soggy. I definitely plan to return and explore more items on the menu!

Went for lunch a couple of weeks ago we were there at 12 no one there they wandered in about 5 minutes later So when we ordered our food, it was obvious that nothing was cooked fresh and beef was dry and overcooked tasted like it had been sitting for days in the refrigerator. Have always loved this place but feel like they have given up on quality and service Probably wont go back

I had three tacos here: two with carne (ground beef, which was slightly dry) and one with carnitas (pulled pork), which was absolutely delicious! I ordered them Mexican style, with onions and cilantro, and medium sauce. If you're ever in the mood for authentic Mexican cuisine, definitely check out this restaurant! Wow! What a delightful family-owned restaurant. Mexican cuisine is my favorite, and I've tried many places, but this has the best chimichanga I've ever tasted! The rice was also outstanding—truly the best I've had. The food was incredibly fresh and full of flavor, and the staff was exceptionally kind and attentive. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would!

Looks like a family run restaurant…but the food is definitely recommended. They serve with love and very close to actual street Mexican food. They revised the prices recently so expect 25-30$ per person bills. I loved their enchiladas and they rarely serve the onion hot sauce which is amazing

The best place for tacos in KW! The food is authentic and delicious. The churros are fantastic, and the burritos are amazing. If you're looking for Mexican cuisine in this area, head to the Cactus. They also offer a great selection of Mexican drinks and beer!

Hands down best Mexican food around! Just like Mexico....guacamole was best I've ever had! Definitely a hidden gem we will be new regulars for sure also friendly comedic staff

Suadero tacos are unbelievably delicious! The pescadillas are always outstanding! And who doesn't love a great margarita? The nachos are fantastic too!
