Wow what a beautiful location and could have something very special. Only thing that let it down was the food, 2 roasts a fish and chips a seafood linguine and a burger The roasts meat was tough and roasted potatoes and carrots rock hard Fish and chips ok but no white bread only brown And the seafood linguine was over powered by fennel Burger was ok When asked how food was, we mentioned the potato’s which they took a glass of cola off the bill Such a shame as this would have been a regular thing on a Sunday with the nice walk along the coast but not worth the hour and ten min drive sorry
I had an issue with the food at this restaurant. The quality was very good, but the quantity was lacking. I only ordered one course but could only eat about half of it. In this era of large portions, I may be unusual in finding excessive amounts of food overwhelming. The entire experience was ruined for me by the realization that I was unable to finish my meal and would need to send a significant portion of it back with an embarrassed apology.
great place. the staff are courteous and friendly. great indoor playground for the children and also an outdoor play area when the weather is beautiful with a large beer garden with views of the sea. I had the sirloin steak with stylton up (deformed). it was cooked to order and very tasty. overall, I can't mistake it.
A lovely pub with a fantastic view of Joss Bay. I had the beef Sunday roast which was delicious and freshly cooked, my two sons had a double burger both have good appetites but both couldn’t finish the burger as it was huge! The staff were friendly, toilets were clean, we will definitely be going back!

There are also indoor and outdoor play areas and free
This is always a place of choice for my wife and I, the only restaurant in thanet where there is never a problem with the food
Staff were lovely and helpful and made my son feel very special bringing out his cake and singing happy birthday, thank you
