The Cartvale - Reservar una mesa

Were welcomed as we entered by a lovely lady, shown to our table promptly. Despit a small family party to the rear of the building the atmosphere was excellent and our table was comfortable and really spacious. The food was delicious, the staff were warm and efficient. All that we ate was hot, tasty and very well presented.

Not the same place I knew 20 years ago! Nice decor, friendly staff, good choice of bottles and taps, straightforward menu and reasonable waiting times. Both bar and eating area appeared to be well attended.

Great owners and staff! Fantastic atmosphere, you feel like home. Next time in Scotland my family and I will repeat for sure. Tasty fish and chips, whiskys and local beers!
