Central Coffee House in Northallerton serves the best coffee in town, without a doubt. If you are a fan of quality coffee, I suggest avoiding the chain cafes on the main street and heading straight to this local, family-owned establishment. The service is friendly and personalized, and the coffee is truly outstanding. As someone who has frequented many coffee shops in London, I was impressed to find this gem that rivals my favorite spots in the capital but with even better service. I also grabbed a scone and brownie to go, both of which were freshly baked on site and delicious.

The breakfast and lunch menu is excellent, offering a variety of options. During our visit for breakfast, we enjoyed a perfectly brewed espresso, Americano, and a delicious bacon sandwich. The coffees were smooth and flavorful, and the sandwich was generously filled with crispy bacon on thick slices of white bread. The service was friendly and the prices were very reasonable.
I come with one of my colleagues a few times in the month to this beautiful little facility for bacon sandwiches and lattes, the farmhouse style sandwiches live up to what they say they are and the latte give us always a good earlynch in our step. the personal is wonderful, friendly and take them a real interest in their customers and the decor is unique that I love. long this place may be in business!
I've been here twice, and I'd never eat in northallerton. we are waiting for her to eat, but this is freshly made to order with proper bread. home also made delicious cakes and cookies. brilliant children's menu and great selection of hot and cold drinks all at reasonable prices.

absolutely one of the best coffee shops! the salads are as good as it gets, fresh, plentiful and tasty, the chutney the brot the pate! and of course the service, I have to say more, highly recommended
beautiful breakfast this morning avocado and speck. nothing I could owe, also a great service for my son, served at the right temperature on/in cool plates/cables. Thank you.
Last treat of the school hols yesterday for my daughter. The food is delicious and the staff are lovely. I could sit by the window all day looking out on everyone passing by.
A lovely visit with friendly staff , clean busy place, with so much to choose from on the menu I had a delicious feta and chilli scone! Worth a visit x
