My dad is 3 hours away from home being treated for cancer at Dana Farber in Boston. We all went out there to surprise him for his birthday. We took him out for lunch (9 of us). The restaurant was NOT busy. But the hostess very rudely told us the wait would be TWO hours. She didn't explain why. We asked to speak to the manager. She said they were short staffed. We asked if we could still have a table. We wouldn't mind waiting for service. She also rudely said no...even after we explained our situation. We went to Frank Pepe's Pizza and had an amazing experience.
The food was disappointing. I'm not sure what happened to the cheesecake, but it used to be my favorite restaurant because of its consistency. Recently, however, the quality has declined significantly. My chicken Bellagio looked questionable; it wasn’t the usual pasta that typically accompanies the dish, and even the chicken tasted different. The fries and pizza were not well-received either. I'm not sure what's going on...
After a four-hour wait, I was finally served a mountain of cheese at my table. I had to scrape off the two different types of cheese from my burger, even though I ordered double bacon, not cheese (lol). The fries eventually made their way to me, but I’m writing this before I take a bite because they just came out of the fryer and are way too hot to handle right now. Come on, Cheesecake Factory, get it together!
Our group of four all enjoyed our peach bellini cocktails with salad, spicy tex soup petite chicken almond sandwich served by our charming server Kane. Thank you! We enjoyed your attentive service and delicious lunch. ?

Not only did they racially profile me, they decided to not serve me as I was speaking Spanish and the party in the next table complained I was speaking gibberish.
The menu is quite extensive, which can be a bit overwhelming, but everything I've ordered has been ممتاز.
