I visited the store to order a cake from their website but was told to come back another day because the staff member assisting me didn’t know how to place the order for the cake I wanted. She couldn’t provide a price and had no one available who knew how to help. I was very disappointed and felt my time was wasted. They should hire employees who actually understand their products. This girl was completely clueless and left me to wait while she kept taking phone calls instead of assisting me. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
