The Cheesecake Shoppe

I've been here twice in the last couple weeks. I have never come here before but knew it existed for years. I was hesitant of a specialty cheesecake place in saint Clair shores. I haven't liked any of the other specialty stores in the area in the past. I assumed I would have the same experience here. Man was I pleasantly surprised by the experience. First off, the shop is modern and sharp. The aesthetic is big city high street, clean and bright. Their products are displayed neatly and cases clean. This place has amazing cheesecake the tartlets are good as a little sampler. I got the turtle cheesecake and it looks phenomenal they also offered to put a chocolate happy birthday on the cake! As far as the tartlets go I had original strawberry, lemon, chocolate, and some strawberry lemon mixture. they were all absolutely amazing they were dense but not too heavy and they weren't too sweet, they have so many choices you'll have a hard time deciding what you want. When I was there I actually watched someone get basically one of everything! The staff is very personable, the store is clean and the food was great.

This place has the best cheesecakes and baked goods on the east side—I'd even say the west side too, to be honest. My favorites are the baby cakes and the bumpy cupcakes. The coffee drinks are fantastic as well, since one of the owners was in the coffee industry long before it became trendy.

What a wonderful shop!!!! They have gluten free options and the owner is extremely nice. I can not tell you the last time that I had such a great experience at a restaurant or Cafe. This place is a gem! You walk in and it feels like you’re treated like family. They have tons of delicious treats and yummy coffee! Jimmy is super sweet and personable, you really can’t buy that authenticity anywhere! Try this place out if you haven’t yet, you wont regret it!!

The Cheesecake Shoppe catered the sweets and treats for our grand opening event at Lumen Pediatric Therapy. Every treat was delicious and fresh. 100% highly recommend anyone interested in tasty desserts with dedicated owners to try this shop for your next event.

This place is amazing! The staff owner is helpful, knowledgeable, and best of all, kind. I was witness to him helping a young boy celebrate his Bday.He sells gluten-free!!!!! And it tastes amazing!Shop local, give this man your money, it's worth every penny!
