The Chicago Pizza

Very poor service. Order at 1710 and the website says 45 60 mins for delivery.... It's now 1855 and still no pizza despite calling at the 60min mark and 90 min point.... Edit food arrived at 1904 missing the side orders that were part of the meal deal. No offer of any compensation at all. Edit. After calling and complaining the member of staff putting the phone down on me. I also received a phone call asking what I had ordered as their ticket was blank after ordering one of the meal deal options.... Not going to be using them again. Which is a shame as I'd prefer to use local shops rather than national chains.

Absolutely tasty would highly recommend, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Family of 6 and we all really enjoyed it, would definitely go back again. Thanks guys

So bad, it shouldn't be allowed to be open. It's got a 1* food hygiene rating for a reason
